What services do you offer?

AMR offers pick-up service, containers, on-site audits, junk car removal, interior and exterior demolition, drop-off service and transportation.

What types of metal do you accept?

AMR accepts hundreds of types of metals, though the vast majority of our customers come to us with: copper, brass, aluminum, scrap steel or stainless steel. Learn more about the metals we accept.

How much do you pay for metals?

When do I get paid?

AMR offers flexible payment terms. We'll pay upon delivery, or pick-up, of your metals; or will be happy to negotiate some other payment plan to suit your needs.

What do you do with the metal you buy from me?

Selling your metals to AMR is just the first step in turning those metals into new products. AMR will prepare your metals using processes that are responsible and safe for the environment, before transporting them to mills and refineries that handle the actual recycling.

What are your hours?

Both AMR facilities in Hardwick and Williston, Vermont, are open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our Hardwick scrapyard's open Saturday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Williston is open Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.
